Warf & Associates started as a Real Estate Investment business. Based in the residential market, we helped 3-5 families a year realize the dream of home ownership. We found a need for us to expand our service to the community, thus we have developed a new division of "Specialized Realtors".  You can find out more about these specialities on our TEAM MEMBERS page.

 

REALTOR DIVISION

We have created a "specialized" team of Realtors to better serve our clients.  It doesn't matter if you are looking for a "normal" residence, investment or commercial property, rural gem, foreclosure or government special, we have someone who has special training and experience.  Our team of three Realtors provides a failsafe parachute for our clients.  You will always have a representative to assist you.

 

Our "Special Properties" focus has really taken off. Chuck has been concentrating on this market for years and is one of the regions best in this market.  In 2009 & 2010 over 80% of his buyers were able to purchase their new home for less than 70% of the price it sold for the last time. Clif was able to expand his reach into this market last year and Dave is doing it this year.

 

INVESTMENT DIVISION

We represent real estate investors looking for both rental and "flip" properties.  By starting as investors ourselves, we truly understand the mind and desires of other investors.  We thourghly research possible investment properties in all facets of the desired markets.  There are venues other than the Multiple Listing Service and newspaper.

 

We also are investors ourselves.  We will buy a house and rehabilitate it to a “like new” condition. EVERY house done by Warf & Associates is not put on the market until it is in a condition that we would not mind living in. In fact, over half of our properties have sold before the renovation was completed and officially hit the market.
