My Client-First Philosophy
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional : integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiating skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
That said, in my experience as a Southern Indiana real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This is why I limit the number of Listings and Buyers that I will take at a given time.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
I bring a wealth of experience, knowledge, training and education with me. My certification as a SFR (Short sale Foreclosure Resource) was earned in 2010 and is the most current training available. I have successfully completed a number of Short Sale transactions. I have also been able to help several clients avoid foreclosure.
I grew up in New Albany and served in the Greater Clark County Schools and the IU Southeast Athletic Department. I graduated with a BS in Business Management with a Marketing Major. My unique marketing approaches have a basis in this education.
While my lifetime of experience in Metro Louisville gives me a vast knowledge of the area, my past business experience has given me knowledge and exposure to a great deal of the country. Thus, I should be able to assist you either locally or across the nation.
I was a real estate investor even before I became a Realtor. I still do my own investing and represent other investors as well. I have developed unorthodox channels into “special properties” and have been able to assist my buyers willing to undergo the necessary difficulties.

About Clifton Moore - Broker / Realtor
I am an experienced agent in many facets of the Real Estate industry. I have a Broker's License for Residential/ Commercial in both Kentucky and Indiana. My background includes property management, business ownership, and management of multiple companies covering pallet recycling to warehousing to logistics.
I grew up in the fast pace Chicago suburbs and Northwest Indiana, where immediate results are the norm. My education includes a Bachelor in Business from Indiana University/Bloomington with marketing emphasis and continued education specialist courses such as Greater Real Estate Institute, Short Sale, and Commercial Investment Marketing.

About Miguel Zanartu - Realtor
My real estate experience began in 1997 when I was employed by Nations Banc Mortgage as a Spanish Customer Service and Help Line Supervisor. Two years later I was promoted to Pre and Post Sale FHA Foreclosure. Later, in 2003, Financial Service Solutions hired me to process real estate loans for Texas and New York during which time I completed various underwriter’s courses and certifications.
In 2005, Abstracts and Titles, Inc. hired me to assist in the development and management of their closing and escrow department. Other responsibilities included the recordation of legal documents and title research.
With the knowledge acquired in Abstracts and Titles, Inc. by my wife and myself, we decided to venture out and begin our own Real Estate Research Company in September of 2009.
Currently, I am also an Indiana Real Estate Consultant and Bilingual agent for Schuler Bauer Real Estate Services and a member of Team WMD. In this exciting field, I am constantly learning about real estate. I recently obtained Short Sales Foreclosure Resource Certification from the National Realtors Association.
As a member of the Hispanic Connection of Southern Indiana, I remain active in the community. I developed their organization Facebook page and I enjoy helping plan social events

About Julia Warf - Executive Assistant
Besides being Chuck's wife Julia is also an intregal part of Warf and Associates. She helps coordinate the support staff and directly assist the Realtors and investors.
Julia is a graduate of Georgetown (Ky) College. She is a retired Attorney General Special Investigator for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. She has resided in Southern Indiana for over 25 years. She has owned her own business in the past and brings a well rounded history and knowledge base to assist our clients and team.
