Real Estate Investing is not for the timid of heart and there are no guarantees

It doesn’t matter if you are just looking to get into Real Estate Investing for the first time or have been doing it for years, I can assist you in your search and selling. It doesn’t matter if you are looking for rentals, “flips” or personal property, I will be able to help you.

There are a number of different avenues to research, Regular MLS, Short Sales, Foreclosures, Sheriff Sales, Bulk REO’s, Investor Clearances etc. I have resources to access avenues and should be able to find what you are seeking.

New to Investing?
Bulk REO’s - Where a wholesaler buys multiple properties from an asset holder then sells individual or small groups to investors.

Short Sales - Properties that are bought for less than the amount owed against it. They often involve more than one lien holder and an extensive amount of communication and time.

REO’s & HUD’s - Properties that have been returned to an asset holder and are now back on the market.

Sheriff Sales - When the asset holder has foreclosed on the property and is being offered to the public. You need cash on the day of sale with no contingencies or inspections.

Investor Clearance - Occasionally investors will clear some inventory. These will be found through professional contacts and organizations.
